Milk loaf - dah siap

ni nora copy n paste jer resepi dari fp mamafami. hehehe, mulanya pening jgk nak pikir potong roti tu ngan apa, tiba2 tingat penah tgk kt tv yg chef potong roti ngn pisau panjang yg x rata tu. camana ya nak desribe.... harap2 pahamla :) alhamdulillah, roti gebu .


Ingredients :

500g bread flour (nora pkai superfina flour)
300 ml fresh milk
2 tablespoons shortening
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons instant yeast

Method :

1. Put all the ingredients in a breadmachine and set to BASIC. If you want the crust to have lighter colour, then set to MEDIUM.
2. When it's baked, glaze with butter/margarine. Serve hot with tea or coffee. Or you can also spread with some jam, butter or peanut butter. Your choice!

** If you want to make Fruity Milk Loaf, just add some mixed fruit coated with a bit of flour.
** To bake a Chocolate Milk Loaf, just add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
