Bekal 17 :: Muffin Pisang & Roti French Garlic

Menu breakfast bekal hari ni simple je. Menghabiskan bahan2 di dapur. Dah 2 hari tak update bekal, bukan tak bawak bekal tapi menu yg sama umi tak updatela sebab tujuan asal umi share bekal ni untuk berkongsi menu2 sarapan pagi/mkn tghari yg berlainan kpd ibu2 yg gigih menyediakan bekal setiap hari. Kadang2 kita kehabisan idea dlm menyediakan bekal utk anak2. Bukan takde menu lain, tapi apa yg nak dibekalkn mestilah mengikut selera anak2. Kalau yg kita bekalkn tu anak2 tak mkn/tak suka... uminya la yg kena habiskan hihihi.  

Hari ni garlic bread tu umi masuk oven je. potong siap2, sapu butter, sapu garlic yg umi dah blender ( sbnrnya lg sedap aroma & rasa garlic yg dipotong dadu halus), tabur thyme/za'atar dan tabur parmesan cheese. bakar pd suhu 190C hingga kekuningan dan garing.


Untuk resepi Muffin yg sgt sedap dan gebu ni.., umi intai blog mamafami yg mmg sgt pandai membaking, dll. Sebelum ni umi pernah beberapa kali buat muffin pisang tp hasilnya agak keras... alhamdulillah, tak sia2 mengoogle resepi ni semalam :). 


EASY BANANA MUFFINS

Ingredients :

3/4 cup all-purpose flour - umi pakai 1 1/2 cup tpg gandum
 3/4 cup whole wheat flour - umi tak pkai tpg ni wlu ada stok sbb nk cpt pg2 :)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 bananas, mashed - umi pkai 6 biji pisang kecik.
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar - takde stok jd ganti dgn castor sugar
1/3 cup canola oil - umi pakai natural oil canola/sunflower
1 egg
Some chocolate chips
Vanilla essence

Method :

1. Preheat oven to 170 C. Arrange the papercups on a baking tray.
2. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. I sifted trice. Set aside.
3. Mix bananas, white and brown sugar, canola oil, vanilla essence and egg together in a separate large bowl.
4. Fold in the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just incorporated. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups, 3/4 full.
5. Sprinkle with some chocolate chips.
6. Bake in the preheated oven until muffins spring back when lightly tapped in the middle, 20 to 25 minutes.
